Grounding in Presence and Clear Knowing (30min)

This guided meditation introduces the practice of clear seeing (vipassanā) as a direct, embodied way of knowing experience. Rather than trying to get rid of thought, the invitation is to drop beneath it — into the living felt sense of the body, where experience is unfolding moment by moment. Drawing on the qualities of sati (mindfulness) and sampajañña(clear comprehension), the practice supports an aware and receptive presence that can meet the fluid, changing nature of reality more directly.

Beginning with posture, breath, and the support of the earth, the meditation guides you into a steady yet relaxed embodied presence. From this groundedness, awareness opens to include sensation, sound, and thought, all arising and passing within a wider field of experience. With curiosity and without needing to fix or interpret, this practice cultivates insight through direct contact with the body and invites a gentle resting in things as they are.
