Dharma Talk
Restoring Wholeness through Direct Knowing (35min)
Bluegum Sangha, 9th March 2026
In this talk, Renata explores the possibility of rediscovering a sense of wholeness through direct experience rather than through ideas about ourselves. Drawing from Buddhist practice and embodied awareness, she reflects on how much of our suffering arises from living through concepts, projections, and inherited patterns that obscure the simple immediacy of experience.
Through mindfulness of the body and careful attention to what is unfolding moment by moment, we begin to reconnect with a deeper form of knowing that is already present within us. This kind of knowing is not intellectual but experiential — a quiet, intuitive intelligence that emerges when the mind becomes still enough to listen. As trust in this direct knowing deepens, a natural sense of integration and wholeness can begin to reappear.
