Coming Home to the Body
Half-Day Insight Meditation Retreat
Sunday March 24th 2024 - Oxford Falls, NSW
with Renata Malinauskas
This retreat presents a wonderful opportunity for you to re-establish a connection with your body, fostering a deeper sense of presence, freedom, and ease.
Throughout the retreat, our primary focus will be on practicing the art of returning home to the body and reconnecting with the inherent rhythm of our being. By intentionally slowing down and cultivating embodied awareness, we can enhance connection with our true nature, leading to greater ease, freedom, and authenticity.
It is through coming home to the body that we can break the loop of the overthinking mind and re-establish a reliable place of inner ground through which we can meet the ups and downs of life with greater capacity and ease.
The program includes guided meditations, relational inquiry (integration of embodied self-awareness into relationships), and somatic practices (the Greek word soma means the body), designed to deepen the connection between the body and mind through the development of interoception. This approach supports embodiment, concentration, and ease of body-mind-heart.
